I joined Sawantyoga if not to reverse but at least to reduce my sugar numbers and for weight loss. After joining and following the protocol, I have seen reduction in my sugar numbers which is definitely a +++. I have been able to get into a more disciplined food and exercise habits. Weight loss is still to be seen. Would definitely recommend to all those people who are trying to reverse their diabetes in most natural way without compromising on food intake. Just a bit of discipline is what is required. I am happy with the program and the results. A big thumbs up.
I got Diabetes at a young age and I was horrified with the thought that I can’t eat what I want and stick to only diet and no sweets etc… but I stumbled upon Sawant Yoga Instagram page and saw Virkrant Sawant talk about small and simple things to do to reverse diabetes and I took on the journey.These 21 days have been an eye opener for me on how the basic food like milk and cheese can affect our overall health adversely . And the myth that we cannot eat enough to control diabetes. I am so glad to say that I have stopped my medication and my Fasting and PP sugar numbers have drastically fallen after following the protocol. It was a wonderful experience joining 21 days session. My main motive was to control my sugar level, and to my surprise I went from 256 to 107 fasting sugar, for me it's just a miracle and I thank Vikranth sir and Chandru sir for enhancing my lifestyle and filled positivity.The meditation sessions were very amazing.I got to know about D3 and nutritional yeast and it's benefits which I never thought of it.I suggest this program to everyone who is suffering from diabetes and obesity as it will help you in changing your life and bring a positive change in you.-Najmi Ali
Had a great experience attending the 21-day diabetes reversal program offered by the Sawant Yoga Foundation. All the team members knew their roles very nicely and they worked in a sync to provide a smooth experience on my diabetes reversal journey.To bring a change in our lifestyle is not easy at all but he team helped me to get used to making healthy choices and gave the inspiration and a logical explanation to continue with a transformed lifestyle. I joined Sawant yoga's MADHUNASHNI PROTOCOL - obese diabetes reversal challenge that is a 21-day program. After covid and typhoid, I had my blood sugar levels high, quite high.I came across Sawant Yoga classes/protocol. I was literally able to reverse the situation within 3 weeks, best part is duration it took me to reverse is very less and practices, protocols are very comfortable to follow, I never had to stay hungry.
