Monday to Friday

Morning batch : 4:30 AM to 6 AM

Yoga

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Morning batch : 7AM to 8AM

8:30AM to 9:30AM (people with medical conditions)

Evening batch : 7PM to 8PM
